During his time at Herzog & de Meuron Architects (2007 - 2013), Oliver worked as Project Architect on the first residential tower at Wood Wharf, London, rated BREEAM Outstanding. He was also part of the team that delivered the extension of Tate Modern and the Blavatnik School of Government (with Francis), as well as Herzog & de Meuron’s archive and apartment building in Dreispitz, Basel.
A graduate of Harvard and Cambridge universities, Oliver previously worked at Renzo Piano Building Workshop (Paris), Jamie Fobert Architects and Allies and Morrison.
He has been a Design Fellow at the University of Cambridge (2018 - 2021), a Director of Studies at Corpus Christi College, and a visiting critic for several universities.
